I don’t just sell homes — I understand them from the inside out. As a licensed realtor and self-taught master of many trades, I bring a rare combination of real estate expertise, construction knowledge, and hands-on experience that gives my clients a true edge in any market.

Raised with a strong work ethic and a curiosity for how things work, I quickly found myself drawn to more than just the business side of real estate. I wanted to know what made a house function — what made it valuable, safe, efficient, and beautiful. That drive led me to learn everything I could: from basic carpentry to plumbing, electrical work, home staging, renovation design, and even landscaping.

HUMBLE BEGINNING

Before entering the world of real estate, I spent years working in the fast-paced environment of financial investment, analyzing markets, managing portfolios, and helping high-net-worth clients make calculated, strategic decisions. That same mindset now drives my success in real estate — where I combine business intelligence with real-world property knowledge to give my clients a competitive edge.

Where most agents showed homes, I showed up. I could walk a client through a fixer-upper and explain exactly what repairs were needed, how much they’d cost, and whether the investment would pay off. I wasn’t guessing — I had done the job myself.

Clients trust me because I speak from experience, not sales scripts. Contractors respect me because I understands their work. Buyers and sellers love me because I roll up my sleeves and does what needs to be done — whether that’s crawling under a house to check the foundation or changing a faucet before an open house.
